Brian, I'm with you. I can't bring up the preferences at all anymore, and the 
one time I did, nothing was labeled. I just want to create an alias, but I 
can't because it is not accessible. I seem to be able to check mail, but beyond 
that, nothing works reliably with Voiceover.
