I'm probably a little less than half done with this work. The
wext19_060322 patch implements most of the set ioctls, but none of the get
ioctls. Enough is complete that madwifi works with NetworkManager.
This patch is nowhere near done, it needs a lot more testing. I'm posting
it mostly to get feedback on the general approach.
