Okay, looks like its going into bg scanning,
try this when setting up,
"iwpriv ath0 bgscan 0" <-- turns off bgscanning (if you don't touch any
of the other configuration stuff after this)
Let us know if that helps...
Fixing this type of disconnection is on the backburner... but we're short
on man power/resources to fix everything fast...
