 I was talking about the first patch (madwifi-agere-patch) with madwifi
 svn1704.
 In this case, in syslog appears al lot of:
 "*hack* Agere-element in beacon found"
 But the association is impossible (access point essid correctly
 detected,10 seconds on the same channel of the access point, then
 frequency scan..)
 With svn1713, in syslog doesn't apeear nothing (printk("*hack* Agere-
 element in beacon found\n") as been removed..) but the problem is the
 same.
 Distro is Fedora Core 5 with 2.6.17-2174 and a roper freelan pci card.
 The firmware of the access point is the latest available.
 Maybe that this device uses also other proprietary elements differents
 from 128 and 129?
 It's there a way to find this?
