Comment:
The provided patch for the originally reported problem has been committed
by kelmo in r1712. The reporters of the three comments regarding
association problems which came in after the commit was announced in here
did not yet reply with the requested information.
I therefore close this ticket as fixed. In this case, I suggest that a new
ticket should be opened when a similar issue is spotted by users.
