Thank you vinaysagar! This seems to resolve half the problem on 5211
chipset, 802.11a.
In station mode txpower is at last configurable!
In master mode however, while txpower seems to change value in iwconfig,
in reality nothing changes (as measured from a distant client).
Anyway, thanks again for the workaround, at least now I'm able to use my
cards in managed mode. :-)
