People generally want ath5k support even if they have ndiswrapper support
for various personal and ideological reasons. The Ndiswrapper route will
work on many distros, (mandrive, ubuntu etc) one noteable distro it will
not work on out of the box (need to recompile kernel) is fedora due to is
stack size (?).
