Mod's/Admin's, pardon this post, I know it says not to post such posts,
and I wouldn't do so if the door wasn't opened, and I only do so in the
 defense of Linux newbies....

 > COME ON!!! Dear lord, the exact same question was already asked and
already answered!!! Read the posts before commenting!!! Honestly, it even
says a few posts up not to post these kinds of questions on this thread
but to ask them in the support channels. Read, then read again, then read
a third time, and then realize that it will always be your fault because
it isn't a problem with the program, it is you. So don't post your dumb
question here because this thread is supposed to be for people who know
what they are doing, not people who have no idea what is going on and
blindly copy and paste lines into the terminal. So please, if you ever
feel like you are important enough to waste everyone's time with your
repeat of an already answered question, don't. To fix your problem, by
the way because I should be nice to you after this awful rant, you need to
remove the already running drivers by typing: "sudo rm -R /" give it a few
minutes to load in the terminal, and then tell us if it worked.

Grow up. You've just posted, and done the very thing you're whining about
someone else doing, if people didn't need help, and knew what they were
doing, they wouldn't come to forums looking for help in the first place,
and your carelessness in posting terminal commands which would destroy
 someone's system, is a disgrace.
FYI, the instructions have the typo, so suggesting that someone is
"blindly copy/pasting" and that it's THEIR fault, is retarded, and you
know it. Regardless of whether they copy/paste, or type it out letter for
letter, they'll mess up because the instructions have the typo....you in
your haste to bash someone, has caused you to blatantly point out how
ignorant you actually are, you should be embarrassed.

On a brighter note, I just want to thank everyone who has spent time
posting and testing and refining info on this thread, or just giving
support in general, you all make the linux community a wonderful place
 :-).
