It is working in my acer aspire 5610z with Atheros Wireless AR242x
chipset.
But be careful, because each time that you make a kernel update, you are
going to lose your connexion.
Then, you must to do:
make clean && make && sudo make install in the madwifi-hal-xxx directory.
