I understand how you might be frustrated. I think you have spent  
considerable time and energy on this and have been quite reasonable  
about it. I think this is a serious issue and I think we all need to  
address this so that the process can be fixed and we don't have to do  
this before every sprint.

I will try to follow all the planned tasks before the sprint.
