that's useful to reduce confusion in future but i'm not sure is it is really that important, if i remember correctly Familiar 0.9 is expected to use the same name for a feed to be used by external contributors. It might be a good idea to keep the old name for a while as a link/copy for the users not following the mailinglist discussions. It is really important to avoid breaking things for less experiences end users.
