$ apt-cache show ncurses-bin | grep -i cli
Section: user/cli

Any other suggestions as to how Application Manager is determining what
applications appear within each "button" in the "Browse Installable
applications" page?

ncurses-bin appears within the "cli" button, therefore the Application Manager
must be grouping applications based on the "Section" tag as there seems to be
no other choice.

Perhaps if someone can identify the method currently being used by the
Application Manager to group applications it can cut down on the guesswork, and
give us a base from which to move forward.

So it looks like we have two issues:

1. What tagging method should be used to categorise maemo debs (one for the
developers and Maemo/App Manager maintainer to agree upon, and one which could
"break" existing debs if a new method is chosen)

2. What authoritative categories/sections should be used
