But then *why* some names have to be written as: qt4-devel and *not* libqt4-devel python-devel and *not* libpython-devel ? Isn't this an inconsistency? Moreover, excuse me, but I find it stupid to have a 64-bit lib called `libksane-devel`. This is its full 64-bit name, *not* the name from BuildRequires! It's another inconsistency IMHO. Of course, there is urpmq --provides to find out what resolves to the needed devel library, but still... Thank you all! R-C aka beranger
