Are you sure that precommit hooks works as they should? I'm asking as bug 6816
is not closed yet. As a consequence there are still several pot files which
don't pass msgfmt -c test. I hope that someone will dive there soon. We need
sysadmins and i18n members for solving this situation and thus avoiding bugs as
this one in the first place.
