After testing, I confirm that Emacs22 is unsupported. We use feature of
Emacs 23.2 :
- called-interactively-p with one argument is 23.2 (use 2/3 time)
- (require 'epa) need Emacs 23.1, but is not needed since its only use
in (defface magit-valid-signature... is protected for the case when
  epa doesn't exists.
- apply-partially doesn't exists before 23.2, so magit-log fail
- eshell-parse-arguments doesn't exists in emacs 22.3.1 and is needed by
  magit-shell-command and magit-git-command (I couldn't find when it was
  added to Emacs

We could. For now, we already lost support for 23.1 and before in
central command like magit-log. do we choose 23.2 as the older supported
version en Emacs?

Thanks.
