The 2nd page of Cookie Consent (you need to enable Cookie Consent and click "Save changes" in order to see /admin/site/cookieconsent2.php ) is missing some panels. See http://manual.mahara.org/en/15.04/_images/cookie_consent_additional.png of what it should look like. Right now, the example and "It didn't work" are shown in full, but "Example" and "It didn't work" are still linked.
