This was fixed a few versions back when we introduced to move the block
chooser to the left.

View editor: page does not scroll when blocks are dragged into the
view

Bug description:
In the view editor, when I drag a block into the view, the page does
not scroll down even if I move the cursor to the bottom of the page.
As the view area can grow quite large, it is often necessary to scroll
down, e.g. when you want to place the block below other blocks.
