Up to Mahara 15.04, the advanced copy options weren't available until you allowed copying (see http://manual.mahara.org/en/15.04/administration/config_site.html#share ). If we can't hide the elements due, the additional copying options should be disabled until "Allow copying" is set to "Yes".
