Anyway, I have just checked in new version of spam hiding feature. There is a new option "Treat as junk mail folder". If filtered message is copied to folder with this option, message content is not shown. I can check this option for folders that (possibly) hold spam. I had to move progress dialog update after filter evaluation and I had to shut up header download dialog completely (there is just progress bar).
