Err, how is this different from replacing $quote with $quote822 above?
Or do you want to quote the text of the message in the body of the message
and attach the attachments using MIME?
If it's the latter, it's not that easy: although it is easy to quote all
text message parts and attaching the others, it's *not* what you always
want. For example, what to do about multipart/alternative? I really think
that forwarding the message as is is the only solution which always works.
We could add a "${quote:alltext}" or something like this though...
