This has been discussed before but I don't remember the conclusion :-(

is much simpler to do, so I'd prefer this (just think of what happens when
you're a viewing an encrypted message in a read only folder...).

We might add an X-Mahogany-Signed/Encrypted header to the message saved in
SentMail...
