 This is possible and evem (I'll regret this, I know) easy to do. The
problem is _which_access_ does it need? I.e. if I understand it correcly,
the MIME structure of the message may be modified after decoding...

 It is probably simple enough to have some special treatment for the
application/x-pgp-signature attachments and also for text/* encrypted parts
(and for encrypting them), but there is probably more to it than this?
