 No. You're not supposed to need it often as this is almost what Ctrl-R
does. Except if you changed the default reply to go to the list, of course.

 Ctrl-R is an accelerator, i.e. it's a special key combination which works
everywhere in the window -- whether the focus is on the folder tree, folder
view or the message view (3 panes). 'R' only works in the folder view.

 An accelerator can't be a simple letter for many [good] reasons.
