If someone is used to the folder opening instantly, sorting and threading
150,000 messages might be a little annoying.  It's up to them whether
that's a real problem.

I guess it's time to start whining for a new Win32 snapshot. :})

Both David and I are using MS Windows.  I don't have MS VC++ and have no
plans to get it.
