Hi, I have 2 suggestions:

1.  add the -f option to the command line to open directly a file
    (to do the same as Folder --> Open --> file --> {file selection})
    This could be used to tell GUIs to use mahogany to read emails
    when double-clicking on one of the formats that mahogany can read.

1b. A little extra could be added on that feature. Have mahogany
    recognised that if there is already a mahogany process running,
    and if so, just flag the running process to do the open-file.

2.  It would be nice to be able to change the font-type/size/colour of
    the Folder tree too, currently I can only change the BG colour.
