Hi, I have 2 suggestions:
1. add the -f option to the command line to open directly a file
(to do the same as Folder --> Open --> file --> {file selection})
This could be used to tell GUIs to use mahogany to read emails
when double-clicking on one of the formats that mahogany can read.
1b. A little extra could be added on that feature. Have mahogany
recognised that if there is already a mahogany process running,
and if so, just flag the running process to do the open-file.
2. It would be nice to be able to change the font-type/size/colour of
the Folder tree too, currently I can only change the BG colour.
