Sorry if this is not the right place to ask this, but.... I am using vers 0.66 which I have compiled myself after having found, that the latest release had a serious bug on windows which caused the aotomatic movement of the incoming messages to the various subfolders to double the messages.
This works now but: 1) During start up an annoying grey (nothing to be seen in it) Window stays on topof the screen, while the progress bar indicating the message retrieval is partly hidden behind it. 2) During composition of new messages the compose window freezes while messages are retrieved in the background. (Isn't Mahogany multithreaded?) And more often than not the focus is pulled away from my editor window after messages have been fetched, and the main mahogany window is in front. 3) When sending my messages Mahogany asks me wheter I like to format my paragraphs first. I have learned to answer no in that case, otherwise the program simply locks up. 4) Often the list box displaying the inbox messages consists of empty lines, filled with ?? and -- after a message poll cycle. I could not find out any systematic in this. 5) When pasting simple text into the compose window, the text appears in a bold bigger font. Why? Can I turn off this? Is it possible to have just plain old text? Regards, Roland ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials.
