OK, all JARs should now have the license and notice in the META-INF (I
also threw in the README) plus I added a DOAP file to the site, which
is checked into the site docs area.
Tarball is in http://people.apache.org/~gsingers/staging-repo/mahout/org/apache/mahout/mahout/0.1/
and everything else starts in http://people.apache.org/~gsingers/staging-repo/mahout/org/apache/mahout/
Please review and if I don't hear any show-stoppers I will call a vote
tomorrow.
