I would not blame Madhyamam for explaining to its
viewers from that perspective, the American military
is a front end for American companies. People in
developing countries have all the reason for fearing
America and its companies in general. None of the
companies you mentioned would do business with say for
example Iran, that is banned banned by U.S law. Would
you care to explain why?

R.M.S is always welcome in Kerala(fact). But your
painting him as a doctor(the hope) who checks up on
the kerala government is in bad light.

Why is it that time and again when one questions the
greed and the misery caused by the political decisions
of the U.S(like invading Iraq) and some of its
Business corporations(Monsanto??), the concerned
person/communities are branded as Anti
American/Communist/Socialist?

For exactly this, Churchill was voted out of office
immediately after war and ideas like national health
service were implemented in England.

"The idea was that if Britain could work towards full
employment and spend huge sums of money during the
wartime effort, then in a time of peace equitable
measures of social solidarity and financial resources
could be redirected towards fostering public goods.
This sentiment was widely shared, as the wartime hero
Winston Churchill was decisively voted out in a
landslide defeat in the 1945 elections. Although most
of the British felt that Churchill's leadership during
the war was commendable, there were a number of
reasons which led to the Conservative defeat in the
1945 general election. One reason was that the public
favoured a push for sweeping social changes that
Churchill's Conservative Party vehemently opposed. The
driving force behind this reformist agenda was popular
enough, that eventually it constituted a 'Post-war
Consensus' which continued virtually unchallenged
until the 1980s, no matter which party controlled the
government."
