I guess we can take a immediate step by collecting old parts from
the members itself to assemble a PC and probably donate it
to orphanages or similar organizations.
eg : raksha in mattanchery .

It is definitely a feasible solution, we can implement
immediately.

I can give a mouse, cdrom, lan card and speaker.

And manoj please tell us more about the ltsp implementation.

The ltsp implementation in JJ's internet cafe is simply awesome.
It was done by Balakrishnan Sir.
