Hi Azad, It will be definitely more than 300 MB. (It will be close to 1.5 GB) You have these options, since using 7.04 will not be a good idea, now that it's out-dated.
* Request a new cd from shipit.ubuntu.com (It will take a couple of weeks to reach) * Download and burn Ubuntu 8.10 CD from http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download ... This would be the best option, since you can do this for around Rs. 50 at any internet cafe.
