The docs say to use conf but I think the error implies it should be py. In
addition I'm guessing I have to change the log and access file names to
something like gunicorn.error.log.
The access.log and error.log names are correct. They should be owned by
`mailman` and your /etc/systemd/system/mailmanweb.service should include
