Those were among the first  things I tried, believing that the window was at 
the edges of the screen but I cannot see anything, not even a pixel. I tried 
also what you suggest with Exposé/Mission Control. I wonder  if  I have to 
trash the application with all its files  and start from scratch or there is 
some file that I can look at.
