a) I remember there is somewhere in conditions that you can exclude a folder. 
I am not at my macbook now so you have to.search for the exclude

b) you need to show the column "source mailbox"


Note: in MailMate it is used this technical terms instead of the common used 
terms:

Technical => common names
"mailbox" => folder
"Account" => Mail Account / Mailbox
