Perhaps I’m reading it wrong, but from Randall’s message it seems that when he selects several messages and hits “reply all”, he gets a single composition window with all the addresses in the to: line. Is that right?

When I do the same, I get a series of composition windows open, each for one of the email addresses selected.

Does this behavior depend on some setting? I’d love to have Randall’s behavior…

Thanks,
Zvi

Hi MailMates

I remember there was a way to see a list of all email addresses in a saved search, but I can’t recall how to of it…

For example, I have done a search `t johnsmith` to see all emails send to me at [email protected] or [email protected] or johnsmith@... whatever

The saved search returns many, many emails, most of them where sent to, say, [email protected], but there might be some to other johnsmith@... email addresses.

How can I get a list of these email addresses?

Many thanks for any pointers!

When I have wanted to extract a list of email address from a search, what I did was select all messages in the search result and then do a "Reply All," and then copy the addresses from the composition window (and then close the composition window).
