12.18.76.138 is my IP (well, the one that was blacklisted). It's not
blacklisted on any of the other lists according to mxtoolbox.com.

The UCE site basically says that I'll need to pay $108USD/50Euros to be
delisted. I've filled out the contact form--which says that they won't delist
based on the form--but I'm doubtful that they'll be responsive, since they've
gotten away with listing based on a single email for years.

Does anyone use UCE on this list? I know I used to.

That is the problem with spam traps, that is for sure.
Say you have a newsletter sign-up, anyone can add a spam trap email address,
and even if you are operating a confirmed double opt-in mailing list, you could
find you are listed.

Thankfully, most of operates of RBL's look to more than one case of this
occurring.

But it would be helpful if you posted your IP here, full disclosure would help
others help you.

And of course, did you bring this up with the UCE team?
