UCEPROTECT (do you mean them?) will remove your IP after 7 days without a hit. As far as I know they not only operate spamtraps, they also analyse mail and user complaints. They have at least customers at some German authorities. We also had issues some years ago and were able to prove legitimate mails were blocked. From my point of view their work is dubious. Contact the recipients of your mails and ask them to use other Blacklists.
