What / where are you intending to rewrite headers?
Are you hoping that seeing "Hmm, I see From: <mailop@mailop.org>, maybe I
should be doing that too?" will encourage non-compliant sites to do the
same, as a second-order effect? (Free advertising?)
And/or are you intending to actively try to "fix" alignment with rewrites
within your services? (Would that be better than the violation of least
surprise principle?)
