Hello Mail op community,

We are still seeing similar issues as mentioned above.  It has started to
go away, and then has picked back up again, most recently it started to
accumulate more bounces starting Monday April 22 and continues to grow
today.  It seems we see the bulk of these bounces from 3 am to 3 pm PST.

I opened a ticket with MSFT that quickly turned into them telling me they
see no issue and they cannot help with the specific bounce I am seeing:

MSFT reply:

At this point we are stuck as MSFT has said they cannot help us, even
though the issue seems to be resources on their side.  Has any one out
there had any luck resolving this issue with MSFT?  As mentioned previously
they keep saying they don't see any issues with my IPs (which makes sense
as this seems to be an issue on their side) but after their canned replies
don't work they tell me they cannot help with the reply listed above.
