Hi all, One of our customers on a shared email server is having problems with Yahoo, whereby their emails are going to the recipients spam folders.
Other customers on this same shared server, using the same outgoing IP, have not reported any issues. This customer has set up (correctly) SPF, DKIM, and a DMARC policy, however some emails are still going straight to spam. The domain is not listed in Spamhaus.
