As someone who has been running production mail exchangers and outbound SMTP relays on Hetzner servers for, oh, 10+ years, I am against your position. Even Google and Microsoft have no qualms accepting mails from the domains I manage, not even when using IPv6, because DKIM/SPF/DMARC are Ship-shape and Bristol fashion.
