Probably not. I log all the mail I decline, and for your network block 136.243/16, everything it's sent to my network in the past year has been spam, mostly sent to addresses on ancient spam lists. With those odds, I'm not too worried about it. There are other VPS providers that do a lot better job, but first they have to care.
