Can you confirm? This is weird because SMTP error is: "550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [IP] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. [DB8EUR05FT023.eop-eur05.prod.protection.outlook.com]" The SNDS message in the "View IP status" was: "Blocked due to user complaints or other evidence of spamming" Also, the IP was unable to send a single message for days until the mitigation and the message volume for the days before the block was very low (<500 messages per day).
