For the record, this is regarding a (!) 18 year old "zombie" listing of a /19, from which I had a /21 transferred from ARIN to RIPE on Aug 16th. The evidence of the legitimate transfer is publicly available and listed on web and whois services of both ARIN and RIPE. Sept 15th I opened another ticket, now that the portal actually doesn't crash anymore and I'm confident that at some point I will be able to talk to an actual human being and get this non-SPAM related listing from 2003 removed.
