Yes, it is unfixable. Once Google's AI decides (for no apparent reason) that
it will reject e-mails from you, or put them to recipients' spam folder,
there's pretty much nothing you can do about it.

Advices like "change your domain" or "change your hosting provider" (because
of "bad IP reputation") cannot be seriously considered as a fix. In best
case, it is a poor workaround, that - in case of a domain change - makes you
lose your long-used email address, known to people (at least as a sender
address; yes, someone can still reach you at your old address, but you can
no longer "represent" yourself with this address, which is quite important
if you used this address for - say - 10+ years), and in case of a hosting
provider change it requires a lot of time and effort to migrate the server,
even if no additional money. And it isn't even guaranteed to work, you can
only *hope* that you will be treated better with a new domain or new
provider.
