I am working with a company whose employees are finding that their emails to a 
number of Proofpoint protected recipients are never arriving. There is no 
bounce or error, and in almost every case the recipient doesn't receive 
anything (in one case a recipient found the email in a spam quarantine/junk 
folder). I'm trying to help them identify any problems and correct them in 
order to deliver properly. They are sending from Microsoft 365, and the IPs I 
have looked up are all clean on Proofpoint's list, so I believe it is a domain 
reputation issue rather than network.

The only public-facing reporting form I can find is 
https://ipcheck.proofpoint.com/ for IP address issues. Can anyone point me to a 
public-facing form for domain issues? (or anything other than IP)

If there is a Proofpoint person who might take a look, I'd certainly appreciate 
that also! I'm happy to provide the domain and other details directly.
