[ snip ] This is very obvious, but you don't say you've done it: is the SPF and DKIM set up correctly for the new site? In my experience a while ago, if you have neither SPF nor DKIM, then gmail rejects; if you have SPF but not DKIM, it accepts but quarantines. I don't know whether that's still the case.
