Why we should have to discriminate senders by size?

AFAIK, RFC says that text after code is not significant. My
understanding of that is, that response has two parts, the
one is code, the other is text, where that code is intended
for machines and text for senders. The senders are not big
nor small, they are (mostly) people.

If someone use automated email system, without people
as sender, it is he/she freedom, but cannot expect that whole
world will care about this.

Not repeat delivery due word "blacklist" means for me -- we
know that we send craps and thus we can end in blacklist, but
we don't bother with solving that, as we expect it.
