I missed, that mailop.org is operated by an other organization as postfix users listserver. For the later, SPF and DKIM looks good but only a DMARC record is missing.
one further difference: the smtp client at mx.mailop.org provide a certificate when connection to my MX, the smtp client at list.sys4.de (operating the postfix-list) does not use a ccert.
