Do you see the same pattern we do? See my post to this list from a couple of days ago with pointers to graphs from postmaster.google.com and our own monitoring.
We started seeing 70%+ TempFail every couple of days at the beginning of September. Since the middle of November, we're consistently seeing 80%+ TempFail.
This is mostly a problem for Google users. We don't mind queueing and retrying.
