No, I think that is extremely unlikely.

Like the error message says:

- accepts messages from people in its organization
- or on its allowed senders list

Your companies info@ may be on the allowed senders list, but when you
answer from your gmail, you are rejected, because your gmail address
is neither in the O365 tenant nor in the allowed sender list.


Not seeing anything strange here at all.
